CJI equips restorative justice practitioners and volunteer community members to create opportunities for healing and resolution through mediation, dialogue, and other restorative processes.
We offer Transformative Mediation, Facilitated Dialogue, De-Escalation Training, Stride Night, and Stride Circles Training.
The major topics of this training include conflict management styles, empathetic listening, expressing oneself, principled bargaining, analysis of conflict, preparing people for mediation, transformative mediation, variations on the mediation process, and dealing with challenging situations.
